  1. 1 cup uncooked rice

  2. 6 boneless chicken breasts

  3. 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  4. 2 cups water

  5. Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

  1. Layer the rice at the base of a large casserole. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice. Combine the soup and water and pour over the chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 350 deg. F for 1 ½ hours.
