  1. 2 Cup Sugar

  2. 1 Cup Milk

  3. 1 Tbsp. Butter

  4. 1/2 package dates, chopped

  5. 1 cup chopped pecans

  1. Preparation : Combine sugar, milk and butter, cook until it forms a soft ball (best to use candy thermometer) then add dates and cook until dates are disolved then add pecans, mix well and pour on a wet cloth and roll. Let cool, turning frequently to shape roll.
