  1. Mustard Rub

  2. Yield: 125 ml

  3. 3 tb dried oregano leaves

  4. 2 tb chili powder

  5. 1 tb garlic powder

  6. 1/2 c grainy Dijon mustard

  7. salt and pepper to taste

  8. In a small bowl, combine oregano, chili powder and garlic powder;

  9. add mustard; stir well to mix; add salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.

  10. Spread or pat onto beef up to 5 hours in advance of cooking. Store

  11. in a refrigerator.

  12. Yield: 1/2 cup (125 ml)
