  1. 1/2 c Sesame or soy oil

  2. 1/4 c Soy sauce

  3. 1/3 c Diced Onion

  4. 1/4 c Diced celery

  5. 3 tb Rice wine vinegar; plus

  6. 1 ts Rice wine vinegar

  7. 2 tb Diced fresh ginger

  8. 2 ts Sugar

  9. 1 1/2 ts Grated lemon peel

  10. 1/2 ts Catsup

  11. 1/4 ts Black pepper

  12. Place all ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until vegetables are pureed. Store in covered jar. Shake thoroughly before using.
