  2. 2 1/4 cup Sugar

  3. 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder

  5. 1 teaspoon Baking soda

  6. 1 teaspoon Salt

  7. cup Shortening

  8. 1 pinch Cinnamin

  9. cup Cocoa

  10. 1 1/2 cup Hot liquid coffee

  11. 3 larges Eggs -or-

  12. 4 smalls Eggs

  1. CAKE REST Note: This cake may not come out tasting the same twice but it is always delicious.

  2. Mix all of the above cake ingredients.

  3. Add 3 big or 4 small eggs.

  4. Bake 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
