  1. 2 cups Fresh Cranberries

  2. 3 cups pineapple chunks, cut in half

  3. 1 cup brown sugar

  4. 1 tsp. cinnamon

  5. 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

  1. Combine ingredients, in medium saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil and cook until cranberries begin to pop, stirring frequently. Cool sauce slightly. Use as a topping for Pound Cake, Ice Cream or as you would use a dessert sauce.
