  2. 5-1/2 oz. box chocolate mint candies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut the roll of dough into 1 inch slices. Bury one piece of candy in the center of each slice of dough, form a ball around the candy and set the balls three inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes or until light brown. Let cool. Makes 26 cookies.
