  1. 1 can chopped maters

  2. 1 can mater sauce

  3. 1 chili pepper (I use half an anaheim because I'm a wuss)

  4. 1/2 an onion

  5. peanut oil

  6. chicken broth

  7. 2 t cumin

  8. S&P

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Blenderize the maters and the diced pepper and onion. Whirrr!

  2. Slop some peanut oil into a pan and heat it up, and then pour the blenderized sauce in for to sizzle. Stir like crazy!

  3. Throw in a pinch of salt and pepper and the cumin. Then probably more salt.

  4. Slosh some chicken broth into the blenderizing container to clean it out and then into the sauce in the pan, and then add more to adjust the texture if you need it thinner. Bring to a simmer, taste, and adjust seasonings.
