  1. 5 large eggs

  2. 1 (12-ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes

  3. 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

  4. 1 green onion, chopped

  5. 1/2 cup cottage cheese

  6. 1/8 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce

  7. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

  9. 1/8 teaspoon paprika

  10. 6 strips of bacon

  1. In a large bowl mix together eggs, thawed hash brown potatoes, shredded Swiss cheese, chopped green onion, creamed cottage cheese, liquid hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour into a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate and sprinkle with paprika.

  2. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes, or until the center is set.

  3. Meanwhile, cook strips of bacon until crisp; drain and crumble on top.
