  1. 1 x 200ml bottle Angostura bitters

  2. 500g strawberries, hulled, halved

  3. 6 x 750ml bottles champagne, chilled

  1. Method Place 2 to 3 drops Angostura bitters into each base of 20 champagne flutes. Place half a strawberry into each glass. Top with champagne. Serve.
