  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds,once the mustard crackles add green chilli,cumin seeds,curry leaves and little bit off hing , then add finely chopped onion and little turmeric powder.Once the onion gets fried add little bit of ginger garlic paste and let it heat for a minute.Add finely cut mutton and cook the mutton for 5 min, then add red chilli powder and salt to the mutton. Once the mutton cooks to 50% , add tamarind juice to the mutton .Also add cumin powder, menthi powder(if you dont have these you can add rasam powder which will be available in indian stores) and cook the mutton for 25% more.. After the mutton is cooked for 75 to 80% add bendi and cook the mutton in sim.Remember not to stir the mutton after adding bendi to avoid stickyness .Once the bendi is cooked add finely chopped coriander leaves. (If you want little bit spicy , add whole garam masala powder and poppy seed paste before adding bendi to mut
