  5. 1 c Heavy Cream

  6. 1/2 lb Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

  7. 1/2 ts Nutmeg, grnd

  8. 2 tb Butter

  9. 3/4 c Parmesan, grated

  10. Heat cream to simmering, do not boil. Add Gorgonzola,

  11. salt, pepper and nutmeg; crush Gorgonzola against the

  12. pot's sides with the back of a wooden spoon until it's

  13. thoroughly mixed. Cook rigatoni al dente, toss with

  14. butter, then mix the pasta into the cream sauce. Mix

  15. in about half the Parmesan, serve the rest at table.

  16. It's worth a trip to the Italian deli to get a GOOD

  17. hunk of Gorgonzola for this!
