  1. 3 Spinach

  2. 1 Onion - chopped

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ginger - chopped

  4. 3 Green chiles

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Turmeric

  6. 8 oz 227g Paneer

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Oil

  8. Oil - for deep frying

  9. 1 Bicarbonate of soda

  10. Salt

  1. Chop spinach, add 1/4 cup water, soda bi carb and cook. When cooked blend well in a blender.

  2. Cut paneer into cubes and deep fry in hot oil. Heat oil and fry onions, add ginger, green chiles and turmeric and fry, add spinach and paneer.
