  1. 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin

  2. 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate -- thawed

  3. 1/4 cup sugar

  4. 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  5. 1 dash salt

  6. 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk

  7. 1/2 cup cold water

  8. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  1. Preparation : 1. Soften gelatin in orange juice concentrate; dissolve gelatin mixture over hot water.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, vanilla and salt.

  3. Using well-chilled bowl and beaters, beat dry milk and water until soft peaks form; add lemon juice and beat until stiff.

  4. Fold in orange juice mixture; cover and freeze overnight.
