  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Flank steak

  2. 2 Dried anaheim or similar chiles

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dry oregano

  4. 3 Chipotle peppers - stemmed, seeded

  5. 8 Garlic cloves - minced

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Tequila

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Olive oil

  8. 2 teaspoons 10ml Salt

  1. Recipe Instructions Grind peppers and oregano into a powder. Combine with remaining ingredients, except steak and mix into a paste. Spread paste evenly over flank steak and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Preheat grill. Grill steak for 8 to 10 minutes per side, or until done. This recipe yields 4 servings.
