  1. 11/3 cup Tea concentrate (qv)

  2. 1 Vanilla bean,

  3. 3" piece

  4. 2 tablespoons Honey

  5. 11/3 cup Peach nectar or juice

  6. 11/3 cup Water, sparkling

  1. In a 1 to 1½ quart pan, combine vanilla, honey and juice and heat till boiling. Cover and chill until cold, at least 1 hour.

  2. Remove vanilla bean and reserve (in a tightly sealed container with sugar) for other uses.

  3. Combine juice mixture with concentrate and sparkling water and pour over ice.
