  8. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  9. 4 cloves garlic

  10. 4 heads dill or 1 tsp. dill seed per jar

  11. 2 1/2 cups water

  12. 2 1/2 cups vinegar

  13. 1/4 cup salt

  14. Pack beans lengthwise into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space. To each pint
