    1. INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS:

    2. 1 unbaked pie shell for 9-in. pie

    3. 1 tsp. vanilla

    4. 1 c. sugar

    5. 1 c. sour cream

    6. 3 c. grated apples

    7. 2 tbsp. flour

    8. 1 egg, beaten

    9. 15 minutes at

    10. 425 degrees.

    11. TOPPING:

    12. 1/2 c. flour

    13. 1/4 c. soft butter

    14. 1 tsp. cinnamon

    15. Combine crumble with fingers, sprinkle over top of pie.
