  1. 1 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed

  2. 1 (16-ounce) jar homestyle salsa

  3. 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles

  4. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

  5. 1 tablespoon diced canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce

  1. Heat corn in dry skillet, stirring frequently, until dark roasted spots appear. Combine roasted corn, salsa, chiles, cilantro and chipotle chiles in medium bowl. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
