    5. 9 Inch graham cracker crust

    6. 8 oz Cream cheese, soften

    7. 14 oz Can sweeten condensed milk

    8. 1/3 c Lemon juice from

    9. -concentrate

    10. 1 ts Vanilla extract

    11. --OPTIONAL--

    12. 21 oz Can cherry or blueberry pie

    13. -filling

    14. In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually

    15. beat in sweeten condensed milk until smooth. Stir in

    16. lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust.

    17. Chill about 3 hours or until set. Top with desired

    18. amount of pie filling before serving. Keep chilled! --
