  1. Boneless chicken breast 3

  2. Dark brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)

  3. Sesame seeds 3 Tablespoon

  4. Ground ginger root 2 Tablespoon (fresh)

  5. Apple 1 , sliced or quartered (peeled)

  6. Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)

  7. Fresh lemon juice 14 Cup (4 tbs)

  8. Butter 12 Cup (8 tbs) (1 stick)

  9. Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)

  10. Eggs 3

  11. Olive oil/Sesame 2 Cup (32 tbs) (or Peanut Oil)

  1. Directions

  2. Cut your chicken into 2" cubes

  3. Place your flour into a medium mixing bowl or a 9" cake pan

  4. place your eggs into a medium bowl and scramble with a fork

  5. Dredge the chicken in the flour

  6. coat with eggs

  7. return the chicken to the flour and coat well

  8. repeat with remainder of chicken pieces

  9. Add just enough oil to a large skillet to cover the bottom of the pan

  10. Heat on medium high until the oil begins to slightly smoke

  11. Add the chicken and fry until golden brown about 10 to 15 minutes

  12. Once the chicken has been cooked remove from the pan and place on a platter with paper towels to soak up excess oil

  13. Drain the remaining oil from the pan and rinse out any excess flour and towel dry

  14. Return pan to heat and add 1 stick of butter

  15. Melt until the butter starts to sizzle

  16. Add the sesame seeds and toast for about 2 to 3 minutes

  17. Add the Orange juice, and Lemon Juice to the pan

  18. Add the Brown Sugar and the Ginger Root

  19. Stir mixture until well blended and the sugar turns to liquid

  20. Add The chicken and the Apples

  21. Cook the chicken stirring often making sure that the chicken is well coated and doesn't stick

  22. Continue Cooking until the Sauce reduces down Turning into a caramel like mixture and becomes slightly thick about 20 minutes

  23. Rmove from Frying pan

  24. Serve with fried rice or sesame noodles
