  1. 1 cup mayonnaise

  2. 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon prepared white horseradish

  3. 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh dill

  4. 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

  5. 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper , plus more as needed

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Just before serving, taste and season with more pepper as needed.
