  1. 906 g cubed beef for stew

  2. 2 large packages frozen, thawed mixed vegetables

  3. 4 cups tomato juice

  4. 784 g can chopped tomatoes

  5. 3 tbsp. tapioca pearls

  6. 1 tsp. salt

  7. 1/2 tsp. pepper

  8. 2 cups water

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine stew beef cubes, mixed vegetables, tomato juice, canned tomatoes, tapioca pearls, salt, pepper and water in a 5 quart baking dish. Cover and bake 4 hours until beef is tender and stew is thickened.
