  1. 1 1/3 c Bulgur;

  2. 1 1/3 c Boiling water

  3. 4 tb Golden or dark raisins;

  4. 1/2 n

  5. 1/4 ts Salt;

  6. 1/4 ts Ground cumin;

  1. Place bulgur in a medium-size bowl and cover with boiling water.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

  3. Let stand 30 minutes until water is absorbed.

  4. Fluff and serve warm.

  5. This was a serving for 4, but change it becauce I wanted to frezze some, but instead the grandchildren came and stayed for supper.
