  2. 1 onion , chopped

  3. 1 pound lean ground beef

  4. 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  5. 1 clove garlic, minced

  6. 1 cup green bean s

  7. 1 cup white corn Or 2 cups of any favorite vegetable s

  8. 1 can tomato soup

  9. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  10. 4 cups mashed potato es

  11. 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook onion in oil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in the ground beef, thyme, and salt/pepper to taste. Cook and stir for 5 more minutes. Mix in the garlic, green beans, corn, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato soup, and simmer for 5 minutes. Prepare instant or home made mashed potatoes. Spread evenly over meat mixture, and cover with cheddar cheese. Place the skillet in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until potatoes start to brown on top and cheese is melted.
