  1. Pour chopped fruit in a saucepan (apple slices, strawberries into quarters.)

  2. Add 1/2 cup of sugar, cinnamon and simmer fruits till they get soft and the juice will evaporate.

  3. Add bread crumbs and mix.

  4. Butter, 1/2 cup of sugar and flour mix gently until you will get crumble.

  5. Smear baking mold with butter.

  6. Sprinkle with crushed gingerbread.

  7. Put to it cold fruit mass.

  8. Sprinkle with crumble.

  9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Turn on top element in your oven.

  10. Bake for about 35 minutes (depending on the size of the mold).

  11. When the crumble is golden brown take it out.

  12. Serve cold. Can be served with vanilla ice cream.
