  1. 3 cups sugar , granulated

  2. 1 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream

  3. 1 tsp. real vanilla

  4. 1/2 stick of butter

  1. Brown ½ cup of your sugar on medium high heat in a heavy bottomed saucepan. Once brown, add remaining sugar & stir until well mixed, add cream & cook on medium low heat until it starts to thicken & forms a soft ball in cold water. Add vanilla & butter & beat until you have a spreading consistency.
