  1. 1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise

  2. 1/4 cup(s) bottled barbecue sauce

  3. 4 (each about 10-inches in diameter)

  4. red pepper flour tortillas

  5. 4 cup(s) loosely packed fresh baby spinach leaves

  6. 2 medium tomatoes , thinly sliced

  7. 4 cup(s) shredded cooked chicken

  8. 6 strip(s)

  9. bacon , cooked and coarsely chopped

  10. 1/3 cup(s) chopped scallions

  1. Mix mayonnaise and barbecue sauce in a small bowl.

  2. For each wrap: Place 1 tortilla on work surface. Spread with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise mixture. Top with 1 cup spinach, in an even layer to 1 inch from edge. Cover about 2/3 the tortilla with 1/4 the tomato slices, leaving 1/3 the tortilla furthest from you uncovered. Top tomatoes with 1/4 the chicken, bacon and scallions.

  3. Starting at edge nearest you, roll tortilla up tightly. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to 3 hours.

  4. To serve: Unwrap and slice each wrap diagonally in half.
