  1. 1 potato or 200 g peeled shrimps, chopped

  2. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  3. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  4. 3/4 teaspoon ground turmeric

  5. 3 tablespoons spring onions, chopped

  6. 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  7. 1 sachet MAGGI® Coating Mix

  8. 2 cups oil for deep frying

  1. Boil potato until half cooked. Peel the potato then grate it. Add shrimps, parsley, black pepper, turmeric and spring onion.

  2. Form the mixture into small patties, place them on a tray. Freeze patties on tray for 1 hour so they become easy to handle.

  3. Dip shrimp patties in beaten eggs then coat them with MAGGI® Coating Mix .

  4. Deep fry in 175°C preheated oil for 5 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Serve with salad.
