  1. Mac and Cheese

  2. 1 serving macaroni of any variety

  3. Several heaping spoonfuls of tahini Mustard

  4. Black pepper

  5. 8-16oz Great Northern beans (white beans)

  6. Boil macaroni as recommended by package. In separate pot, mix

  7. tahini, beans, and mustard until hot.

  8. Pour mixture over macaroni on serving plate. Add pepper to taste.

  9. Cayenne pepper is a nifty touch although the tahini is very tasty

  10. already.
