  1. Pick one to try. Combine all ingredients,till well blended. Pour over selected meat and refrigerate. Marinate beef at least 4 hours longer is better. Chicken should not marinade more than 4 hours. Turkey at least 2 hours (4 is better). Pork depending on cut 2-4 hours ** Always remember to be SAFE when using a marinade!!! If you plan to use the marinade to brush on meat while cooking--place extra sauce in pan bring to a boil and cook for at least 3 minutes at a full boil. I think all these will work on steaks,beef roasts, turkey legs or thighs,chicken,cornish game hens,or any cut of pork. Sometimes I"ll make extrs marinade,place in quart freezer bag, label and fresh. They are good for about 1 month in the freezer..Enjoy
