  1. 4 cups 948ml Water Salt to taste

  2. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Converted rice

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Butter Fresh ground pepper to taste

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Tabasco sauce

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  1. Recipe Instructions Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and add salt. Add rice and stir well. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain rice in a colander and return to saucepan. Add butter, pepper, Tabasco sauce and lemon juice, and blend mixture well.
