  5. 2 pk Unflavored gelatin

  6. 1 c Sugar

  7. 3 c Water

  8. 1 qt Pureed strawberries

  9. -about 3 pints fresh

  10. 1 c Cranberry juice cocktail

  11. 1/4 c Fresh squeezed lemon juice

  12. Combine gelatin and sugar in a medium saucepan; stir

  13. in water. Let stand 2 minutes. Cook over low heat,

  14. stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves. Remove

  15. from heat; cool. Stir in strawberry puree and remaining ingredients. Pour into a 13x9 pan. Cover and 8 hours or overnight. Spoon about 1/4 of frozen

  16. mixture into the container of a blender or food

  17. processor. Top with lid and process until smooth.

  18. Return to pan. Repeat until all the mixture has been

  19. processed. Return pan to freezer and freeze for 4

  20. hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature

  21. 15-20 minutes before serving. If you have an ice cream

  22. freezer, atpour into container and follow

  23. manufacturer's instructions. --
