  1. 1 Cup chicken

  2. 1 Cup uncooked minute rice

  3. 1 Cup diced celery

  4. 1 Cup cream of chicken soup

  5. 3/4 Cup mayonnaise

  6. 1/2 Cup chopped onions

  7. 1 Can sliced water chestnuts

  8. 1/2 Cup slivered almonds

  9. 1 Cup broth

  1. Preparation : Cook chicken in pressure cooker for 12 minutes, then tear chicken off bone in small pieces. Save broth. Mix all ingredients and place in casserole dish. Cover with I cup crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/2 stick of melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
