  1. 1. Grated Carrot - 5 cups

  2. 2. Condensed milk - 1 can

  3. 3. Cashews and Raisins - 1 tbsp each 4. Ghee ( or butter) - 1 and 1/2 tbsp

  1. Roast the cashew and raisin in ghee. Keep aside. Take about 1/4th cup of milk in a pan and boil it. Add the grated carrot and condensed milk. Cook until the milk is soaked in ( approx 20 minutes). It should be a thick paste. Taste and add sugar, if required. Garnish with cashew and raisins.

  2. Serve chilled or hot (as desired).
