  3. 2 tablespoons milk

  4. 2 tablespoons salad dressing -- (mayonnaise)

  5. 2 tablespoons green onions -- chopped

  6. 1/4 cup parsley -- coarsely chopped

  7. 1/2 teaspoon tarragon leaves

  8. 1 dash pepper

  1. Preparation : Mix ingredients in a blender, scraping sides of blender jar with a rubber scraper and reblending as required until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve with fresh vegetable sticks.
