  1. 1 1/4lb Ground Turkey

  2. 1 t Vinegar

  3. 1 t Sugar

  4. 2 t Cornstarch

  5. 1 T Soy sauce

  6. 1 c Chicken broth

  7. 1 x Oriental Sauce

  8. 2 ea Tomatoes, med., cut in

  9. 1 x Green pepper, cut 3/4"pieces

  10. 1 ea Onion, cut in thin rings

  11. 2 ea Stalks celery, cut diagonal

  12. 1 T Cooking oil

  13. 3/4t Garlic salt

  14. 1 ea Egg

  15. 1/3c Dry bread crumbs

  16. 1 x Dash, white pepper

  1. + Mix first 4 ingredients.

  2. Form into 4-6 patties, each about 3/4-thick.

  3. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Saute burgers 3 mediums each side, until browned.

  5. Mix Oriental Sauce and pour over burgers; bring to a boil, stiring occasionaly.

  6. Reduce heat; add celery, onion and pepper.

  7. Simmer, covered, 6 minutes.

  8. Salt and pepper to taste.

  9. Add tomato; simmer 2 to 3 minutes, until meat is no longer pink.
