  1. 2 pounds ground beef

  2. 1 onion, chopped

  3. 2 (16 ounce) cans chili beans

  4. 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce

  5. 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers

  6. 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes

  7. 11 1/2 fluid ounces tomato juice

  8. 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles

  9. 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package chili seasoning mix

  1. Cook ground beef and onion until done.

  2. In slow cooker or Dutch oven add all ingredients together. Simmer several hours.
