  1. 1 Cup-Light Virgin Olive Oil

  2. 1 Tblsp.-Roasted Garlic (Minced finely)

  3. 1 Tblsp.-Fresh basil (Pulsed finely--NOT pureed)

  4. 1 Tblsp.-Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

  5. 1 Tsp.-Chili Powder

  6. 1 Tblsp.-Seseme Seeds

  7. 1 Tsp.-Celery Salt

  8. 1 Tblsp.-Fresh Parmesan (Grated finely--for GARNISH)

  1. In a small, sauce pan, (on medium heat setting) BLEND TOGETHER all ingredients, (except parmesan) STIRRING WELL while herbs and spices INFUSE for about three minutes--Do NOT allow mixture to BOIL. ~~REMOVE FROM HEAT and allow to cool (in sauce pan) for five minutes. ~~Just before serving, GARNISH with the parmesan, and...
