  1. Grilled Chicken with Maple-Pecan Glaze

  3. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  4. 2 tablespoons sugar

  5. 1/4 cup maple syrup

  6. 2 tablespoons diced pecans, toasted

  7. salt to taste

  8. white pepper to taste

  9. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts,

  10. 3 to 4 oz. each 1 tablespoon olive oil

  11. salt and pepper

  12. In a small saucepan, heat the cider vinegar and sugar over medium

  13. heat until the mixture boils and the sugar dissolves. Add the maple

  14. 1 to

  15. minutes to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in the toasted pecans.

  16. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  17. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with

  18. salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Place the chicken on

  19. 5 to 6 minutes per side, until the

  20. juices run clear. Place the chicken on a serving platter and brush

  21. it with the maple-pecan glaze.
