  2. 1 (7 ounce) package thin spaghetti

  3. 1 tablespoon butter

  4. 1 1/2 pounds ground beef

  5. Salt

  6. Pepper

  7. 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce

  8. 8 ounces cream cheese

  9. 1/4 cup sour cream

  10. 1/2 pound cottage cheese

  11. 1/3 cup scallions

  12. 1 tablespoon minced green pepper

  13. 2 tablespoons melted butter

  1. Cook spaghetti and drain.

  2. Saute beef in butter until brown.

  3. Add tomato sauce salt and pepper. Remove from heat.

  4. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, scallions and green pepper in a food processor.

  5. In a 2 quart casserole spread one half the spaghetti and cover with the cheese mixture.

  6. Add remainder of spaghetti and pour melted butter over spaghetti. Spread tomato-meat sauce over top. Chill.

  7. Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before baking.

  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  9. Serve with green salad and French bread.
