  9. 12 unfrosted cupcakes

  10. Wheels: 12 mini Oreo cookies, cut in half

  1. For front of each bus: With a sharp knife, cut 2-1/2 in. from 1 end of a whole graham cracker. For each hood: From one end of cracker, cut a 1-in.-wide crosswise piece (you won't need rest of cracker).

  2. Tint 3/4 cup frosting "school bus" yellow. Scrape into decorating bag fitted with piping tip.

  3. Faces: Melt chocolate chips as package directs. Dip tip of a toothpick into chocolate; draw features on Mentos candies. Let dry.

  4. Place "front of bus" pieces on work surface, cut edges facing you. Pipe a yellow line down both sides and a "T" in the center. Pipe remaining yellow frosting on hoods; spread to cover. Gently press onto front of bus; press headlights onto hood.

  5. Using black tube icing, pipe grille, bumper and outline of signal lights on hood. Press on signal lights. Use icing to glue face in driver's window.

  6. Frost cupcakes with remaining untinted frosting. Place a bus on each, leaving space at bottom for wheels. Attach wheels.
