  1. 1 lb quality steak

  2. 1 tomato

  3. 1/2 cup sliced cucumber

  4. 1/2 cup sliced red onions

  5. 4 cups of crisp romaine lettuce

  6. 4 oz currySimple chilli lime sauce

  1. For best results, marinate the steak with 4 oz of CurrySimple chilli lime sauce in an air tight Ziploc bag for a minimum of 30 minutes.

  2. You may grill or cook the steak in a pan to your desired meat temperature (recommended medium)

  3. In a mixing bowl, add your sliced red onions, cucumber and slice the tomato Place the romaine lettuce on your plates Slice the steak into bite sized pieces and pour into the mixing bowl with the other vegetables Mix together squeezing the juices out of the tomatoes for about 20 seconds Serve the steak and vegetables mixture on top of the romaine lettuce *Optional - top with crushed red pepper to increase the heat level
