  1. 1 pk Gingerbread cake and cookie

  2. -mix

  3. 1 c Vanilla ready to spread

  4. -frosting

  5. 6 Drops red food color 3 Drops yellow food color 18 lg Black gumdrops

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Grease bottom of 18 muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches, or line with paper baking cups.

  3. Prepare gingerbread mix in bowl as directed on package for cake.

  4. Bring each muffin to two-thirds full.

  5. Bake 13-15 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

  6. Remove from pan; cool completely.

  7. Tint frosting orange with food colors and frost cupcakes.

  8. GArnish each with a gumdrop cat.

  9. To make cat, cut 1 gumdrop horizontally into 3 pieces.

  10. USe small, rounded top piece for head and largest part for body.

  11. Cut tail (curve shaped) and ears (triangles) from third piece.
