  1. 4lbs boneless chuck roast (any roast you prefer)

  2. 2oz low sodium soy sauce

  3. 2oz A1 steak sauce

  4. 1pkt Lipton's onion soup mix

  5. pepper to taste

  6. veggies of choice, mushrooms , red potatoes , carrots and pearl onions are mine, but some like celery , eggplant , or even spinach , have fun with it!!

  1. Mix in a bowl, soy sauce, steak sauce and onion soup mix, (I used 1:1 for the soy and A1, if you want to add more sauce)

  2. Place roast in crock pot and pepper to taste (salt if desired), pour mixture over meat

  3. Add veggies

  4. Cook on low for ~8hrs for this large of a roast, but adjust accordingly to your size of meat, it literally melts in your mouth
