  1. 1 cup 237ml Salted peanuts

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Ground coriander

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Crushed red pepper

  4. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Sliced onion

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Lemon juice

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Brown sugar

  7. 1/4 cup 59ml Soy sauce

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  9. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Melted butter

  10. 1/2 cup 118ml Bouillon

  11. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Lean pork - cut in 1-inch cubes

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine all ingredients, except butter, bouillon and pork in food processor and blend to a fine puree. Transfer to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add melted butter and bouillon. Remove from heat and cool. Pour over pork and marinate at least 3 hours. Thread on skewers and grill over charcoal, turning frequently. Cook 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with rice and extra sauce. Serves 4.
