  1. Boil chana dal with turmeric powder & garam masala till dal is soft. Heat ghee in a pan, add bay leaf, cumin seeds & green chilies. Add boiled dal & water. Add salt, sugar, and ghee boil for 2 minutes. Garnish with coconut.
