  1. 2 teaspoons 10ml Vegetable oil

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Onion - sliced thin (large)

  3. 1 Red pepper - sliced thin

  4. 12 oz 340g Broccoli florets - cut into small

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  6. 1/4 Stir-fry sauce

  7. 1 1/2 cups 93g / 3 1/3oz Cooked sliced chicken Rice or couscous

  1. Recipe Instructions Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli, water and stir-fry sauce. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in chicken and heat through. Serve with rice or couscous. NOTES : This tasty chicken and vegetable stir-fry couldn't be easier--and everything except the rice or couscous gets cooked in one skillet--so cleanup is a breeze, too!
