  1. 2 lb Asparagus, diagonally

  2. 1 Clove garlic, pressed

  3. 2 tb Basil

  4. 2 tb Tarragon

  5. 1 c Cream Bouillion cube

  6. 1 Vegetable, beef or chicken

  7. 4 c Water

  8. 3 tb Butter

  9. 1 Red potato, chopped small

  10. 4 Green onion, sliced thinly

  11. 3 Leeks, sliced Sliced into 1" pieces

  12. 1 tb Soy sauce

  1. + Directions : Saute vegetables in butter for 5 minutes. Add water and bouillon cube; Simmer 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes more. Serve.
