  1. Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon

  2. 1 pound beef stew meat or boneless chuck roast cubed

  3. Leek 1 Medium , thinly sliced

  4. Stewed tomatoes 1 Can (10oz)

  5. Vegetable stock 1 Quart

  6. Orzo 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

  7. 1 teaspoon savory seasonings Meat Blend

  1. Directions Melt butter in stockpot over medium high heat.

  2. Add beef and leeks; saute until meat is browned and leeks are tender.

  3. Add stewed tomatoes, vegetable stock, orzo and Meat Blend; stir.

  4. Reduce heat to low.

  5. Cover; simmer 30 to 45 minutes or until flavors blend and orzo is tender.
